A. How can I pay for my order at Tiendaa?
We support the following payment options at Tiendaa:
1. Credit Card
2. Debit Card

B. There is NO return and refund option available.
Exchange Policy
C) Our items are shipped to you after it runs through a proper quality check process. The exchange option is available in the following cases.Â
In the case of jewelry items: An exchange request can be placed if you have received the damaged item. However, it is mandatory to share the video that you need to make while opening the package soon after it is received and share it with us immediately. The request will be investigated and once it is approved you need to ship back the item within 24 hours.
In case of dress size issue– If you have made a purchase of any Indian, western, or fusion dresses and have faced a size issue, you can get the item/items exchanged.
Items of other categories-Â Items belonging to a category other than the above-mentioned are non-exchangeable as our items run through a proper quality check process before their shipment.
Exchange process:
– Shipping by Tiendaa or Self-Ship: You can raise an exchange request on our website, or get in touch with us on WhatsApp or Email, in case of any website issue. Also, if you wish, you can self-ship the item/items, provided the product meets the exchange policy, and must share the scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
– In case of self-shipping, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
– After the product has been received at our operational site and has passed a quality check, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you.
-Item purchased in place of the returned item should either be of the same value or higher.
– If you choose to exchange an item (purchased by you on Tiendaa) for any other item of the same or higher value from Tiendaa. In such a case, if exchanged item is of a higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you.
– Tiendaa shall reserve the right to restrict the exchange of the items purchased on Tiendaa, if a customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Tiendaa’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
D) Reasons to Exchange
1. Product damaged, but shipping box OK
2. Both product and shipping box damaged
3. The wrong item was sent
E) Where should I self-ship the item?
The address will be shared with you through WhatsApp, once you discuss the case and place the request. Kindly do not send it to any other address as the package would not be acceptable then.
F) The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

1. Items cannot be exchanged unless proof is provided through video, which is to be taken at the time the package is opened, soon after its receival.
2. All items to be exchanged must be unused and unwashed. It should be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box)
3. The customer shall initiate such requests not later than 3 (Three) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.
4. There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.
5. Ensure that Embellishments and Sequins on the product are not damaged
6. Exchange request to be raised within 3 days from the delivery date by writing an email to info@tiendaa.in
7. Any returned item for exchange received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
***Tiendaa will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Tiendaa would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user
